Excellent product & service; all good...except...since installation 24 hours ago, I haven't yet persuaded my cocker spaniel to summon the courage to go through the door on his own. But given a little patience and enticement...!

This is the third Plexidor we have had in the past 20 years. The price has gone up considerably. The actual door is very good quality,not too impressed with the thickness of the security panel.The sliding tracks with flip lock are a must if needing to fully secure the door.....these I feel are over priced. The COST of the whole door with security panel and sliding tracks is why I gave 4 stars....
