Firstly, you will receive order confirmation by email with your order information. It means we’re preparing your product to be dispatched, usually it takes up to 24 hours. When your product is ready you will receive another notification by email, that your product is being shipped. It should arrive within next 5 - 7 working days.

When my order is dispatched?

We usually aim to dispatch all the orders within 24 hours, however during busy period it may take up to 48 hours. If your product might be late, we always let you know in advance.

When will my order arrive?

If you’ve received the confirmation of your product shipment, it will arrive within next 5 - 7 working days. Now sit back and enjoy the time with your dog.

Do you offer next day delivery?
